About this service

Superhost Assistant is an independent third-party tool that helps short-term rental hosts evaluate and improve their listings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Airbnb, Inc. or any other listing platform.

What we provide

Our audit reports and AI coach provide general optimization guidance based on publicly known best practices. Scores and recommendations are estimates only — we make no guarantees about booking outcomes, revenue, or occupancy improvements.

Payments

Report purchases are processed via Stripe. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

AI coach fair use

The AI listing coach included with paid reports is provided for personal use in improving your listing. Automated use, reselling AI responses, or using the coach to generate content for third parties is not permitted. We reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits.

Limitation of liability

Superhost Assistant is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports, any loss of bookings or revenue, or any inaccuracies in scores or recommendations.
