Refund Policy

General policy

Because audit reports are generated and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but never received access to your report
• A technical error on our end prevented your report from being generated
• You were charged twice for the same report

How to request a refund

Email support@superhostassistant.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your email address and the report ID or order confirmation. We will respond within 2 business days.
