What we collect

When you use Superhost Assistant, we may collect:

• Listing data you enter (title, city, pricing, amenities, description)
• Email address if you create an account or request a backup link
• Payment information processed by Stripe — we never store card details
• Basic usage data (page views, errors) via server logs

How we use it

• To generate your listing audit report and score
• To send your report backup link if you request it
• To provide account features (saved reports, credits)
• To improve the scoring engine and product

Third-party services

We use the following services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — AI responses in the listing coach feature

Data retention

Audit reports are stored indefinitely so you can access them via your report link. You may request deletion by emailing support@superhostassistant.com.
